And when you aren’t being 100% yourself, no amount of perfect formatting or “right words” is going to magically make clients show up ready to hire you.

So this week, I want you to try something different that will probably feel, well, a little uncomfortable at first.
I want you to stop before you publish your next email or social media post, ask yourself:
“What is it that I really want to say? What’s the truth that’s at the heart of what I’m sharing?”
And if that truth isn’t reflected in what you’re about to put out into the internet, delete it and try again.
The more you practice speaking your truth, the easier it will feel—and the more likely people are to connect with your message and pay attention to what you have to say.
I am certain that a big part of my success has been that I am just being ME. It took me a long time to get to this authentic place.
